Who decided to put the category „news“ on my website? Right, that was me.
It is one of those neglected parts – next to a lot of others. The last entry has been four months ago and I guess what´s been happening since then is not really “new” right now.
But that´s not what it is about, I´ve learned. Photos, stories and I need time. Once in a while we get a little unpatient because it seems we don´t have enough of it. Well – we are learning – everything will arrive at it´s right time.
And so I am sitting here two days before this year says goodbye and I´d like to résumé:

• Australia was “coming home” – fine in photo-outcome and very rich in lovely reunions.

• Weddings are a sweat-inducing event, not just for the photographer. For me it has surprisingly been a wonderful and fun experience to share.

• To take a drive into the country left of Berlin, after long days of rain, rewards you sometimes with a sudden sunshine.

• Moving a desk just a little and giving it an new place increases creativity – now when I am sitting on it working on my photos, Berlin lies on my right side covered in snow. A great sight!

Well, to be honest, that is about it - yesterdays news.
